Use prior to water exposure. Shake well before use. Pull the outer ear gently upwards and backwards to straighten the ear canal. Put 2-3 drops into each ear and gently massage the tragus (outer skin) to ensure the canal is coated. Repeat after 2 hours’ exposure to water.
